New Construction

Richmond has definitely seen an architectural revival over the last decade. The growth of VCU, the small business boom, and the thriving restaurant scene has made city-centric living more desirable. It means, we are seeing a lot of warehouses and vacant buildings repurposed into homes and businesses or unoccupied structures have been leveled to make way for a completely new retail space, apartment building, or townhome.

In 2018, we broke ground with Snipes Properties on an infill project we called Meridian. We tore down an aging office building and erected eight row homes; three bedrooms two-and-a-half baths. They are technically located in the Museum District near WTVR-TV but they are just a short walk to Scott’s Addition, where homeownership is limited.

The three-story homes are sleek, spacious and have a Danish profile - yet, each homeowner has put their unique and individual stamp on both the interior and exterior of each home.
